Frequently asked questions

1. Will you change my pictures if necessary?

We will tell you if your picture is not the correct shape or size for the frame that you have chosen. If you don’t ask for enhancements of special effects we will print your pictures as they are. Remember we will send you a preview before we print.

2. Will I receive a preview of my canvas prints?

Yes once we have confirmed receipt of payment. If you have paid online we will confirm within 24 hours. If you pay by cheque we will have to wait until the cheque has cleared.

3. When will I receive my canvas print?

We will aim to post your print to you within 3 working days. We can offer a special service but there will be an extra charge for courier delivery.

4. What if my picture isn't a good quality?

We will try to improve the quality of the picture if we can but we cannot guarantee this. However we will send you a preview and offer our advice as to your options

5. How do I pay?

We offer an online payment system taking all major credit cards or Pay pal or you can send a cheque (but this will delay the delivery of the canvas)

6. Do you offer an ‘urgent’ service?

Yes we can arrange to have the canvas sent to you by special delivery but there will be an extra charge

7. My picture is not in a digital format. What should I do?

You can send us your photo or picture and we will arrange to scan it and let you see a preview before we print

8. Do you offer a gift wrap service?

Yes we can arrange to send your canvas to an address of your choice in a special box. (There will be an extra charge for this)
